Michael MacGowan serves as the Founder and chairman of The United Council of Deliverance Ministries Foundation, The Christian Center for Paranormal Research Foundation in Virginia and a sister branch in Kentucky. Michael is both an author, and six months out of the year he is on the road doing lectures & seminars about the supernatural and the occult.
